Baked zucchini

Ingredients
*Zucchini (Whole)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .50 tbsp Tomatos 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz Saltpeppergarlic or garlic salt
Directions
Slice the zucchini in half length ways.
Slice off the bottom to keep in stable.
Brush with olive oil and top with garlic or garlic powder.
Top with sliced tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
Top with mozzarella cheese, and parmesan.
Bake 375 for 20 to 30 minutes until soft.
