Ingredients
1/3 cup hemp seedsstevia (to taste)6 cups water1 Tbl. lecithin
Directions
put all ingredients in a high speed blender. Use stevia to taste. If you only have a regular blender, soak seeds for an hour in warmish water. Blend and strain. Paint bags or fine mesh sieves work best.
