Honey Ginger Shrimp and Slaw with Couscous

Ingredients
1 tbsp honey1 tbsp ground ginger2 tbsp lime juice1 tbsp EVOO3 oz raw shrimp2 cups broccoli slaw1/3 cup dry whole wheat couscous
Directions
Make couscous according to directions. Whisk together honey, ginger, lime juice and olive oil. In a skillet, cook shrimp in honey mixture for 5 minutes. Add in slaw and cook for 3 minutes. Serve shrimp and slaw with cooked couscous.
