8 oz. fresh orange juice1 lg. (11-12") stalk raw celery, chopped2 Tb. fresh parsley1-2 spinach or chard leaves1/2 cup peeled cucumber, chopped1 "paddle" nopal cactus, free of spines, diced1/2 cup fresh water
Directions
Blend everything in blender until you can't see any green flecks!
