Ingredients
2tbsp cocoa powder1/4 cup skim milk1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese7 stevia packets1 scoop of Jillian Micheals Protein powder1 cup of ice3 tbsp of water
Directions
Blend cocoa powder, milk, and cottage cheese until smooth. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Blend until frosty consistency. Enjoy!
