Nanny's New England Clam Chowder

Ingredients
51 oz. restaurant style chopped clams and juice6 oz. diced Canadian bacon2 cups diced onions1 quart fat-free half and half2 cups frozen diced potatoes1 Tbl thyme leaves4 oz. shrimp16 oz package imitation lobster meat
Directions
In a large stock pan cook diced Canadian bacon and onions until onions are translucent. Add frozen potatoes, thyme, shrimp, flaked imitation lobster meat and simmer until potatoes are cooked. Add the fat-free half and half; heat through being careful to not bring to a boil.
