Baked ZIti w/ Meat Sauce & Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients
1 box pasta 1 lb ground turkey 1 cup onion chopped2 cloves garlic, minced24 oz marinara sauce1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1 tbsp Italian Seasoning2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Pre Heat oven to 350
2. Cook the pasta according to the package omitting salt & oil. Drain the pasta and set aside.
3. Cook ground turkey, onion & garlic in large non stick over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble.
4. Add the marinara sauce, salt, pepper& Italian Seasoning, bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, & simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Combine ground turkey & cooked pasta & mix. Place 1/2 of the pasta mixture in a 4 quart casserole dish coated with spray or olive oil. Top the 1/2 with mozzarella cheese and 1/2 parmesan cheese. Repeat the layers.
6. Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
7. Let baked ziti cool for a few minutes and cut into 8 servings.
