2/3 cups dry bread crumbs1/2 t paprika1/2 t onion powder1/2 t salt1 Large Egg (or 1 medium and 1 egg white)8 skinless drumsticks1/4 cup non-fat yougurt2 T Dijon mustard2 T honeypepper to taste.
Mix bread crumbs and spices in shallow dish. In small shallow dish add egg beaten.
Remove skin from chicken legs and dip in egg mixture then into crumb mixture.
Place on baking dish that has been sprayed with baking spray.
Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 min.
