1. Mix rice vinegar, salad dressing, and splenda.
2. Put whole bag of cole slaw into the mixture of #1.
3. Marinade #2 for at least 30 minutes.
4. Right before serve, chop the peanuts and sprinkle on top of the cole slaw.
