Cathy's low-fat Meatloaf

Ingredients
1.5 lbs. extra lean ground beef (or turkey)1.5 c. skim milk1 egg1 Tb. Worchestershire sauce1 c. whole wheat bread crumbs1/4 c. chopped or minced onion1.5 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. ground mustard1/4 tsp. black pepper1/4 tsp. ground sage1 tsp. minced garlic
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 and spray a loaf pan that has a fat-draining insert. Put meat and dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Whisk together wet ingredients (milk, Worchestershire and egg), then add to meat. Mix thoroughly by hand or with a pastry cutter. Put into loaf pan and press lightly. Bake for 1.5 hours.

Serving Size: makes 10 slices or 5-6 servings
