Savory Turkey Meatballs in Italian Sauce

Ingredients
2 14.5 oz. cans crushed tomatoes1 T. red wine vinegar1 medium onion, finely chopped2 garlic cloves, minced1/4 tsp. Itanlian herb seasoning1 tsp. dried basil1 lb. ground turkey1/8 tsp. garlic powder1/8 tsp black pepper1/3 c. dried parsley2 egg whites1/4 tsp. dried minced onion1/3 c. quick oats1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese1/4 c. flouroil
Directions
1. Combine tomatoes, vinegar, onions, garlic, Italian seasonings, and basil in slow cooker. Turn to low.
2. Combine remaining ingredients, except flour and oil. Form into 1" balls. Dredge each gall in flour. Brown in skillet over medium heat. Transfer to slow cooker. Stir into sauce.
3. Cover. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
4. Serve over pasta or rice.
