Moong dal soaked for 2 minutes 1 cupSpinach chopped 2 cupsOats 1 1/2 cupWater 2 cupsOnions chopped 1 cupGinger grated 1 tspRed chilli 1Cumin seeds 1/2 tspGarlic 2 clovesSalt to tasteTurmeric 1/4 tspPepper powder 1/2 tspOil 1 tbsp
Directions
Heat oil add cumin,red chilli fry for a second and add onions,turmeric,ginger, garlic and salt fry for one more minute and add spinach fry one more minute and add moong dal and water bring it to boil,finally add oats and pepper powder
