Ingredients
1 1/2 cup low fat milk1/2 cup sugar free caramel coffee creamer1 TBS instant coffee granuals2 tsp light caramel apple dip2 TBS protien powder2 cups icefor topping: whipped cream, 1 tsp caramel apple dip.
Directions
In blender, mix milk, creamer, coffee granuals, protein powder, caramel apple dip, and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses, top with whipped cream and caramel dip.
