Ingredients
Asparagus, fresh, 907 grams CUT INTO 1" PIECESWater, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)*Ground Cayanne Pepper, 1 tsp (remove)Milk, 2%, .5 cup (remove)Salt to tastepepper to taste
Directions
SAUTE ONION AND GARLIC, ADD WATER, BRING TO A BOIL, ADD ASPARAGUS AND LET SIMMER FOR 5-10 MINUTES. WHEN TENDER LET COOL FOR ANOTHER 10 MINUTES. BLEND UNTIL A SMOOTH CONSISTENCY. ADD IN MILK AND SPICES. HEAT AND SERVE.
