Simple Slow Cooker Ranch Chicken

Ingredients
3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts1 packet of dry ranch dressing3/4 C water2 tbsp Flour2 tbsp butter1 C skim milk
Directions
Place chicken in slow cooker. Mix water and ranch dressing together and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 6.5 - 8 hours.
30 minutes before serving: Melt the butter in a small sauce pan over low heat, whisk in the flour and continue whisking until smooth and bubbly. Whisk in the skim milk. Continues to whisk until the mixture bubbles and becomes thick.
Remove the chicken from slow cooker, leave the liquid. Whisk in the cream mixture into the slow cooker. Taste before adding any salt and pepper. Return chicken to slow cooker and put on high for 20-30 minutes to warm up.
