Baked Kale Chips

Ingredients
1 bunch Kale2 TBSP Olive OilSalt
Directions
tear the kale into pieces the size of potato chips, wash and spin dry or pat dry with a towel. Toss with the olive oil to coat all the pieces. lay them out on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 350 for 5-10 minutes - until the edges just start to look brown and they are crispy in texture.
