Ingredients
Pork Butt roast (1 pound)Ginger ale (1 can)Barbecue sauce (1 cup per pound of roast)
Directions
Cook Pork butt in ginger ale. Remove excess liquid when pork is cooked thoroughly. Add barbecue to taste (approximately 1 cup per pound) while pulling apart pork and mixing well. Serve alone or on a bun.
