Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
3 cucumbers, 1.5 peeled, 1.5 not peeled, chopped or slicedred and yellow bell pepper, 3/4 cup dicedonion, 1/4 cup fine choppedcelery with leaves, 3 small stalks/1/2 cup fine choppedtomato, 1/3 cup or so diced1/2c light raspberry vinaigrette dressing2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette5 tsp deli/brown mustardseasonings as you like them
Directions
chop, slice, dice all the veggies to whatever consistency you like! mix dressings and spices and combine with veggies in a bowl!
