Pork Barley Stew

Ingredients
* *Potato, raw, 4 cup diced * Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped * Turnips, 1 cup, cubes * Sweet potato, 1 cup, cubes * Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped * Barley, pearled, raw, 1 cup * Pot Barley, 1 cup * Pork loin (chops), 1 lb, chopped * Garlic, 3 cloves * Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Cook barley according to the directions on bag first (15-20 minutes). While barley is cooking, cut up all vegetables and meat . When barley is ready toss vegetables and meet into pot. Add your favorite spices (I use steak spice, and pepper). Bring to boil. reduce heat and simmer until cooked about 15-20 minutes.
