Ingredients
Ingredients: Asparagus, fresh, 10 spear, medium (5-1/4" to 7" long)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp *Balsamic Vinegar, 3 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
Directions
Heat skillet to medium
Pour in Olive Oil and
spread in skillet
toss in clean asparagus tips
cook 4 minutes on each side of
the tips
Remove from skillet
place in bowl
Pour in Balsamic Vinegar
& Pepper, toss tips in mixture

    The balsamic vinegar gives it a bit of sweetness. I may try a more tart vinegar next time. I liked it but my husband thought it was too sweet. Also, does the recipe really need a full tablespoon of pepper? I would season to taste on this one girls (and guys). - 3/6/08
