Ingredients:Egg white, large, 3 serving (remove)Egg white, fresh, 3 large (remove)Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields (remove)Onions, raw, .75 cup, chopped (remove)Sun Dried Tomatoes, 6 piece (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove)Butter, salted, .5 tbsp (remove)Parsley, .25 cup (remove)Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (remove)Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tbsp (remove)Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp (remove)Milk, 1%, .5 cup (remove)
Preheat oven to 350.
Sprinkle salt lightly on onions and garlic and sauté in one tsp butter.
Add sundrieds tomatoes and sauté until soft.
Beat 3 eggs, 3 egg whites, nutmeg and milk together.
Fold in Parmesan and onion mixture
Sprinkle with a dash of cayenne, nutmeg and black pepper.
Pour all together in 9inch pie dish.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 4 large servings.
