Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

1 c. fresh brussels sprout, cleaned and trimmedOlive oil flavored cooking spray1 tsp balsamic vinegarDash salt & pepperGarlic powder to taste
Makes 1 serving
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Clean and trim brussels sprouts. Spray shallow baking pan with Olive Oil spray, add sprouts. Spray sprouts lightly with Olive Oil spray, season with salt, pepper & garlic powder (fresh garlic may also be used with great results). Roast for 20 minutes in 425 degree oven shaking pan after 10 minutes to stir sprouts around. Remove from oven, drizzle with balsamic vinegar immediately and shake pan to distribute evenly. Serve warm or room temp.
