Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients
2 lbs frozen hashbrowns2 cups sour cream2 small cans mushroom soup1/2 cup melted margarine2 tbsp dry minced onion1 ham steakSalt & Pepper to taste2 cups grated cheddar cheeseParmesan cheese (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except cheese. Put in a 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle with cheese. Back at 350 F for 1 - 1.5 hours.

Very good reheated!
