1/2 cup frozen raspberries - frozen strawberries would be great too!1 tub (6 oz) light vanilla yogurt1 small can (about 2/3 to 3/4 of a cup) crushed pineapple1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)1/3 ish cup orange juice - you can do as much as you want to make it as thin or thick as you would like1 tbsp ish Splenda (I like it to be a little sweeter)
Just put it all into a blender and mix it up!
