Hearty Morning Stir Fry

Ingredients
1-2 cups of cabbage chopped (Brussels sprouts can substitute)2-3 cloves of chopped garlic14 oz potatoes ( red, gold, purple russet)8 oz ground buffalo (bison)1/2 medium onion (1 cup)1 cup mushrooms1 tbsp Olive Oil or cooking spray1/4 tsp. Seasoned salt (i.e. Lawry's, Johnny's)1-3 Tsp. Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute
Directions
Chop potatoes cabbage and other vegetables. Start with potatoes and garlic on medium-med high heat for 10 minutes in a large pan (preferably ceramic) with olive oil. Cook until light brown. Add bison then drop temperature to medium and cook til outside is brown then add cabbage. Wait a couple minutes to add onions, mushrooms and seasoning. When onions and mushrooms are done turn off the heat and serve. Enjoy!
