3 cups diced cooked chicken2 cups broccoli==cut up2 cups cauliflower cut upone can of Chinese chow mein vegesonion diced1/4 cup Brags amino soy substitute1/8 cup of brown rice flour, or any flourall spicegingercumin to tastebrown rice cooked seperately
stir fry the broccoli & cauliflower & onion in wok or deep skillet in olive oil---when almost tender add can of the oriental veges and sauce that you mixed up
simmer for 10-15 minutes
make brown rice separately when meal is simmering
serve by placing rice on plates, add meal over top
--add dry noodles and a bit of soy sauce or soy sauce replacement to top it off
