Ingredients
620g Chicken Leg Quarters 117g Onions chopped90g Green Pepper chopped150g Miricle Whip Lite6g Celery Salt2g salt150g Hellmans Mayo lite100g Miricle Whip reg.1g galic powder
Directions
Boil leg quarters 1 hour. Let cool. Remove skin and dice. Add all other ingeridents and mix well. Let stand in refrigerator about a hour before eating. This lets the seasonings blend. Serve with low fat crackers.
