Brown rice Mexican Style

Ingredients
brown riceolive oilbeef bulliontomatoesonionwaterblack pepper
Directions
chop onion and place in blender with tomatoes, add 1 cup of water and blend at high speed. while blending pour olive oil in pan along with brown rice at medium heat and stir till brown rice is golden brown then strain the tomato and onion sauce and add 2 more cups of water, beef bullion and black pepper. Stir until there is very little water left, turn off the heat and left sit so the rest of the water evaporates from the residue heat.
