Three Bean Salad with Balsamic Dressing

2 1/2 C green beans sliced into 2 inch pieces1/3 C balsamic vinegar4 t dried parsley flakes4 t dried basil2 T grated Parmesan cheese1 t dried dill1 T olive oil1/2 t garlic powder1/4 t salt1/4 t pepper1 1/2 C sliced carrots1/2 C vertically sliced red onion1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped1 large tomato, cut into 16 wedges
Steam green beans, covered, 2 min. Rinse under cold water; drain well.
Combine vinegar and next 8 ingredients (through pepper) in a large bowl; stir well. Add beans, carrot and next 4 ingredients (through artichoke); toss gently to coat. Serve with tomato wedges.
Makes 8 servings
(Note: I left out the oil by mistake and it was still delicious without it.)
