Ingredients
.25 cup Olive OilJuice of 2 Limes 1/2 tsp Chili Powder1/2 tsp Garlic Powder1 tbsp Cilantro3 Zucchinis3 Summer Squash1 large Red Onion3 Bell Peppers (Yellow, Green and Red)1 cup cherry tomatoes
Directions
Combine juice of 2 limes, olive oil, chili powder, garlic and cilantro. Coat sliced veggies evenly and let sit an hour. Grill in pan or outdoors.
