Ingredients
Quinoa 1 cupVegetable stock 2 cupsonion chopped 1/2 cupCarrot grated 1/2 cupBell peppers sliced 1 cupCorn 1/2 cupCabbage chopped 1/2 cupBeans chopped 1/4 cupTomatoes chopped 1/4 cupGreen onion chopped 4 tbspCorn flour 1 tbspSalt to taste Pepper powder 1 tspChili flakes 1 tsplemon juice 1 tsp
Directions
Mix cornflour in water and keep a side,take a pressure cooker and add all the vegetables,stock and washed quinoa add salt and cover it and cook for 1 whistle.Now add pepper powder,lemon juice and chili flakes.Finally add cornflour water and cook for 1 more minute.Garnish with green onion and serve
