Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded Red Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped or sliced Carrots, raw, 1 strip, large (3" long) Celery, raw, 1 stalk, small (5" long) Mangos, 35 grams Macadamia Nuts, .3 oz (4 kernels) Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large Newmans Own Olive Oil and Vinegar Dressing, 1 tbsp
Directions
Chop first 5 ingredients veggies).
Toss and top with Mac nuts, egg and dressing.
