500g mango 2 large190g sugar 575g coconut milk silk3 egg yolks
Directions
puree mang
warm coconut milk over medium heat
mix coconut milk and sugar well
add to coconut milk cook til custard coats back of spoon
add puree
refrigerate over night make according to ice cream maker directions freeze in air tight container
