Ingredients
1/2 cup steel cut oats, 2 egg whites, 1/4 cup light cottage cheese, 2 packets splenda, 1 tbsp chia seeds.
Directions
Mix all ingredients in food processor and cook in a small non stick skillet for 2.5 minutes each side.
