1 Banana-smashed1 cup Old-fashioned Oats1 cup Whole-wheat flour1 tsp salt1 tsp Cinnamon.25 tsp nutmeg1 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional).5 cup Honey.25 cup Almond Butter(or Peanut butter).25 cup chopped walnuts1 oz (roughly .25 cup) carob chips
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 min.
