Ingredients
2 tbs of unsalted, butter (grass fed is best)2 tbs of MCT oil or Coconut Oil1 Cup of Coffee
Directions
Preheat your blender (or skip if using a stick blender)
Melt the butter and oil
Add the coffee, butter and oil to blender and blend until creamy (almost looks like a late)
And enjoy having a super filling amazing coffee that's good for you.
