Zesty Hummus

Ingredients
2 cups organic chickpeas cooked1 garlic clove (minced)2 tbsp tahinijuice of one lemon1/2 tsp ground cumin1/8 tsp cayenne pepper1 tsp sea salt1/8 tsp pepper1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Add all ingredients up to but not including olive oil into a food processor and pulse blend until combined, but still chunky. While processor is running, slowly stream in olive oil until combined and very smooth. If there are chunky bits on the side combine down and pulse for another 15 seconds.

Serving Size: makes 1 3/4 cups 14 servings at 2 tbsp per serving
