Oatmeal "Bread" with Vegetables = No Wheat Bread

2 tbsp - Fat Free Cream Cheese2 tbsp - Oatmeal, dry1 tbsp - Salsa1/2 cup - Spinach1 large egg
1. Combine all ingredients until mixed and cream cheese is smooth.
2. Pour one-half of mixture on salad-size microwavable plate.
2. Microwave for 2 minutes.
3. Turn bread over by gently lifting the sides with a knife and sliding it through to make sure the bread it loosened from the plate.
4. Flip bread over and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Repeat with the other half of the mixture.
**Use in place of bread for hamburgers and all sandwiches.
Serving Size: 1 serving = 2 pieces
