Wash all fruit thoroughly. Slice strawberries. Peel and slice kiwi. If desired, cut grapes in half. Drizzle honey and lime juice over top and stir gently to combine. Best when made a few hours ahead of when you plan to eat. Store tightly covered in refrigerator.
