Betty Crocker's Stuffed Green Peppers

Ingredients
6 Large Green, Red, Yellow or Orange Bell Peppers1 Pound of Lean Ground Beef2 TBSP Chopped Onion1 TSP Salt1/8 TSP Garlic Salt1 Cup Cooked Rice1 Can (15 ozs) Tomato Sauce3/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
Directions
Makes 6 Servings

Cut top off each pepper and clean out the inside. Cook in boiling water for 5 min, drain.

Cook hamburger and onion in skillet until hamburger is browned, drain. Stir in salt, garlic, rice and 1 cup of the tomato sauce. Heat.

Stuff each pepper with mixture. Stand upright in ungreased baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over stuffed peppers. Cover and cook in 350° oven for 45 minutes. Uncover, cook 15 minutes more. Sprinkle with cheese.
