Spicy Lean Pulled Pork

Ingredients
3 lb pork tenderloin7 oz Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce (I used La Costena brand for the calorie calculation)20 oz Dr. Pepper1 large onion, cut in half
Directions
Place all ingredients into a slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours. Remove the pork, and pull it apart with two forks. Skim the fat off the sauce before returning the pork to the pot.
