Ingredients
3 cups rice (white or brown)1/2 cup carrots chopped small1/2 cup frozen peas1 egg scrambled2 chicken breasts cut to bite size piecesKikkoman Fried rice seasoning mixwater2 tablespoons olive oilonion 1/2 cup chopped
Directions
Cut carrots into small pieces
Cut chicken breasts into small pieces
Get out 1/2 cup frozen peas
Heat up olive oil in wok
add carrots, onions, peas and chicken until chicken is done
move ingredients to the side of wok and add egg to scramble until done
mix all and add cups of cold cooked rice
stir in seasoning pack and cook until all are hot and serve.
