Green and Grain Medley Salad

Ingredients
1 Pint Cherry tomatoes1/2 English Cucumber (250 gr)6 Large Celery Stalks (200 gr)3 Garlic cloves1 Medium Onion1 Large Green Bell Pepper3 Tbsn Cider vinegar1/2 C - 7 Grains Medley (2 servings)
Directions
Cook 7 Grains Medley as per instructions (2 servings). Cool.
Chop all veggies. Add cider vinegar and herbs to taste.
Add grains last, once it is cool.
