Banana Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
2 cups Oats3 Medium Banana Mashed1/3 cup Applesauce, unsweetened1/8 cup Coconut, raw shredded2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened1 tsp Cinnamon, ground,1 tsp Vanilla Extract,1 tbsp Chia Seeds1/4 cup Water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix Chia Seeds and Water and let set for 15-minutes until it forms a gel.

Mix all other ingredients together and then add the chia gel.

Place a tablespoon of batter on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
