Easy Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter3/4 c flour3/4 c sugar1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt3/4 c milk1/2 tsp vanilla3 c frozen blueberries or other frozen fruit, not thawed1 tbsp sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Melt the butter in an 8x8 baking dish in microwave. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix in milk and vanilla and blend until it forms a thin batter. Pour batter into melted butter. Top evenly with the frozen fruit. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tbsp sugar. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes until batter browns and fruit bubbles. Serve warm or at room temp.
