Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
32 oz of Chicken Broth1.5 lb of chicken1 bunch of cilantro1 medium size can of chopped tomato w/Jalepeno1 can of Chipolte Peppers in adobo sauce1/2 diced white onion2 TBSP of Dark Chili powder1 TBSP of Cumin, Ground
Directions
Saute onions in extra virgin olive oil until tranlucent
Dice up Chipolte peppers then add to onions with sauce.
Add all spices and chicken and toss until chicken is coated.
Add tomato and bring to a boil.
Add chicken broth and bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer. Let simmer for minimum 3 hours, you can simmer for up to 4.
