Carmen's Chicken Soup

Ingredients
2 cups of chopped carrots2 cups of chopped celery1 medium onion chopped1 clove of garlic chopped1 Pound of boneless skinless chicken breast diced3 tbsp margerine butter blendabout 1/4 cup of salt (to taste)
Directions
Melt margerine in pan and sautee garlic
Season chicken with seasoning salt and add to pan. Sautee.
Add all the veggies and pour in chicken broth.
Stir all ingredients together and reduce heat to low.
Simmer with top on for about an hour, or until all veggies are soft.
