Blue Cheese Poppy Seed Dressing

1.5 cups of chopped romaine lettuce1 oz crumbled blue cheese1.5 tbsp dried cranberries1 tbsp Kraft poppy seed salad dressing1/4 can mandarin oranges (drained)7 walnuts halves coarsely chopped
Place salad in a wider salad bowl, place romaine lettuce on the bottom, then sprinkle on blue cheese, cranberries, add chopped walnuts and orange segments, then zig zag salad dressing across top. Because of the moisture in the orange segment a little salad dressing goes a long way.
