Ingredients
1/2 Small cabbage, shedded1 carrot, shredded1 apple. shredded1/4 cup onion, finely chopped1/8 cup pumpkin seeds1/4 cup dried cranberriesDressing1/3 c Hellman's Light Mayonnaise1 tbsp skim milk1 tbsp lemon juicesalt & pepper to taste1/8 tsp each celery salt, garlic powder & paprika
Directions
Combine vegetables in a bowl. Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl & whisk until smooth. Add the dressing to vegetables and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
