Cilantro Lime Chicken with Black Beans and Corn

3 boneless chicken breasts 8 oz. frozen Corn 14 oz.Black beans, rinsed1 T olive oil1 lime, juiced1 C cilantro, chopped1 C red onion, chopped1/4 t salt1/4 t pepper1 t chili powder2 garlic cloves, minced
Combine olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, corn, minced garlic, chopped onion, black beans, chili powder, salt and pepper. Add 1/2 of bean mixture to crock pot. Lay chicken on top of bean mixture. Cover chicken with remaining bean mixture. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.
